Comparison Review

Comfort
Passengers in the backseat will be able to stretch out a lot more in the Lincoln Aviator than in the Acura MDX, due to its greater head- and legroom. The Lincoln Aviator will be a hit with tall drivers and their front seat passengers, since it has greater front head- and legroom than the Acura MDX.

Convenience
You'll be making about the same number of stops at the gas station with the Acura MDX as you will with the Lincoln Aviator, as they are both able to travel similar distances on a tank of gas.

Cost
There are a lot of factors to consider when calculating the overall cost of a vehicle. The main consideration is Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). When looking only at MSRP, the Acura MDX will have less of an impact on your bank account than the Lincoln Aviator.

Dimensions
Since the Acura MDX is much slimmer than the Lincoln Aviator, it'll be much easier to find a wide enough space in a crowded parking lot. When looking at overall length, the Acura MDX takes up about the same amount of space in your garage as the Lincoln Aviator.

Performance
If you've got something you need to pull, the Acura MDX will do just as well as the Lincoln Aviator, since they have about the same towing capacity. When it comes to horsepower, the Acura MDX has a lot less horsepower than the Lincoln Aviator.

Powertrain
The Acura MDX has much lower torque than the Lincoln Aviator, which generally means that it won't feel as fast or powerful.

Utility
In terms of seating, you'll be able to fit about the same number of people in both the Acura MDX and the Lincoln Aviator. The Acura MDX has a roomier cargo area for putting your bags or other items than the Lincoln Aviator.
