Comfort
Passengers in the back seat will be able to stretch out a lot more in the Subaru Legacy than the Cadillac CT5, due to its greater head- and legroom.
As far as headroom and legroom go, there's not much difference between the Cadillac CT5 and the Subaru Legacy in the front seats.

Convenience
With the Subaru Legacy you will definitely be making less frequent stops at the gas station than with the Cadillac CT5, due to its tank size and fuel economy.

Cost
There are a lot of factors to consider when calculating the overall cost of a vehicle. The main consideration is Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). The Cadillac CT5 will definitely make more of a dent in your wallet than the Subaru Legacy, which has a much lower MSRP.

Dimensions
Since the Cadillac CT5 is much wider than the Subaru Legacy, finding a wide enough spot in a parking lot may be a bit more challenging.
When looking at overall length, the Cadillac CT5 takes up about the same amount of space in your garage as the Subaru Legacy.

Handling
The Cadillac CT5 has a larger turning radius than the Subaru Legacy, making it slightly more difficult to maneuver in and out of tight spots.

Performance
When it comes to horsepower, the Cadillac CT5 is somewhat more powerful than the Subaru Legacy.

Powertrain
Due to its much higher torque, the engine of the Cadillac CT5 does a much better job of transmitting power to the wheels than the Subaru Legacy.

Utility
In terms of seating you'll be able to fit the same number of people in both the Cadillac CT5 and the Subaru Legacy.
