Comfort
The Cadillac CT5 offers rear passengers about the same space to stretch out as the Mercedes-Benz E-Class with comparable rear head- and legroom in both vehicles.
The Cadillac CT5 will be a favorite with taller drivers due to its greater front head- and legroom than the Mercedes-Benz E-Class.

Convenience
The Mercedes-Benz E-Class requires fewer visits to the gas station than the Cadillac CT5, making it more convenient to drive.

Cost
There are a lot of factors to consider when calculating the overall cost of a vehicle. The main consideration is Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). Based on MSRP, the Cadillac CT5 is clearly a better financial choice over the Mercedes-Benz E-Class.

Dimensions
The Cadillac CT5 is about the same width as the Mercedes-Benz E-Class.
When looking at overall length, the Cadillac CT5 takes up about the same amount of space in your garage as the Mercedes-Benz E-Class.

Handling
The Cadillac CT5 has a larger turning radius than the Mercedes-Benz E-Class, making it slightly more difficult to maneuver in and out of tight spots.

Performance
The Cadillac CT5 has less horsepower than the Mercedes-Benz E-Class, so it will probably be somewhat slower.

Powertrain
Due to its much higher torque, the engine of the Cadillac CT5 does a much better job of transmitting power to the wheels than the Mercedes-Benz E-Class.

Utility
In terms of seating you'll be able to fit the same number of people in both the Cadillac CT5 and the Mercedes-Benz E-Class.
