Comfort
Due to its greater rear head- and legroom, backseat passengers will be able to stretch out a lot more in the Ford Mustang than the Nissan GT-R.
As far as headroom and legroom go, there's not much difference between the Ford Mustang and the Nissan GT-R in the front seats.
Cost
There are a lot of factors to consider when calculating the overall cost of a vehicle. The main consideration is Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). Based on MSRP, the Ford Mustang is clearly a better financial choice over the Nissan GT-R.
Dimensions
The Ford Mustang is a little wider than the Nissan GT-R, so getting in and out of the car in a crowded parking lot may be a little more of a squeeze.
For some people, bigger is better. If that's the case for you, then you'll be happier with the Ford Mustang, which is slightly longer than the Nissan GT-R.
Handling
The Ford Mustang has a larger turning radius than the Nissan GT-R, making it slightly more difficult to maneuver in and out of tight spots.
Performance
The Ford Mustang has less horsepower than the Nissan GT-R, so it will probably be somewhat slower.
Powertrain
With its lower torque, the Ford Mustang doesn't do as good a job transmitting power to its wheels as the Nissan GT-R.
Utility
In terms of seating you'll be able to fit the same number of people in both the Ford Mustang and the Nissan GT-R.
