Comparison Review

Comfort
Due to its greater head- and legroom, passengers in the extended cab will be able to stretch out a lot more in the Nissan Titan XD than in the GMC Canyon. The GMC Canyon will be a favorite with tall drivers and their passengers, since it has much greater head- and legroom than the Nissan Titan XD.

Cost
There are a lot of factors to consider when calculating the overall cost of a vehicle. The main consideration is Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). Clearly, the GMC Canyon is a better financial choice over the Nissan Titan XD, when considering MSRP.

Dimensions
Since the GMC Canyon is much slimmer than the Nissan Titan XD, it'll be much easier to find a wide enough space in a crowded parking lot. If you go with the GMC Canyon, you'll have a much easier time finding a large enough space to park than you will with the Nissan Titan XD.

Performance
In terms of towing capacity, the Nissan Titan XD is clearly the choice over the GMC Canyon for pulling heavy loads. When it comes to horsepower, the GMC Canyon is clearly outclassed by the Nissan Titan XD.

Powertrain
With somewhat higher torque, the engine of the GMC Canyon transmits a bit more power to the wheels than the Nissan Titan XD.

Utility
In terms of seating, you'll be able to fit the same number of people in the GMC Canyon as you will the Nissan Titan XD.
