Comparison Review

Comfort
Passengers in the extended cab may find themselves a little more squished in the Nissan Titan than the RAM 2500. The Nissan Titan offers just a little more head- and legroom than the RAM 2500, making it a little roomier and more comfortable.

Cost
There are a lot of factors to consider when calculating the overall cost of a vehicle. The main consideration is Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). When looking only at MSRP, the Nissan Titan will have less of an impact on your bank account than the RAM 2500.

Dimensions
The Nissan Titan is a little wider than the RAM 2500, so getting in and out of the car in a crowded parking lot may be a little more of a squeeze. The Nissan Titan is slightly shorter than the RAM 2500, which may make it easier to park.

Handling
The Nissan Titan has a similar turning radius to the RAM 2500, so both should maneuver just as easily in and out of tight spots.

Performance
In terms of towing capacity, the RAM 2500 is clearly the choice over the Nissan Titan for pulling heavy loads. In terms of horsepower, it's a virtual tie between the Nissan Titan and the RAM 2500.

Powertrain
With its lower torque engine, the Nissan Titan doesn't do as good a job transmitting horsepower to its wheels as the RAM 2500.

Utility
In terms of seating, you'll be able to fit the same number of people in the Nissan Titan as you will the RAM 2500.
