Comfort
Due to its greater rear head- and legroom, backseat passengers will be able to stretch out a lot more in the Audi A6 than the Mercedes-Benz C-Class.
The Mercedes-Benz C-Class will be a favorite with taller drivers due to its greater front head- and legroom than the Audi A6.

Convenience
You'll be making about the same number of stops at the gas station with the Audi A6 as you will with the Mercedes-Benz C-Class, as they get the same number of miles per tank of gas.

Cost
There are a lot of factors to consider when calculating the overall cost of a vehicle. The main consideration is Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). The Audi A6 is somewhat more expensive than the Mercedes-Benz C-Class.

Dimensions
The Audi A6 is about the same width as the Mercedes-Benz C-Class.
For some people, bigger is better. If that's the case for you, then you'll be happier with the Audi A6, which is slightly longer than the Mercedes-Benz C-Class.

Handling
The Audi A6 has a larger turning radius than the Mercedes-Benz C-Class, making it slightly more difficult to maneuver in and out of tight spots.

Performance
In terms of horsepower, it's basically a tie between the Audi A6 and the Mercedes-Benz C-Class.

Powertrain
With its lower torque, the Audi A6 doesn't do as good a job transmitting power to its wheels as the Mercedes-Benz C-Class.

Utility
In terms of seating you'll be able to fit the same number of people in both the Audi A6 and the Mercedes-Benz C-Class.
