Comfort
Passengers in the back seat will be able to stretch out a lot more in the Mercedes-Benz EQE 350 than the Mercedes-Benz C-Class, due to its greater head- and legroom.
As far as headroom and legroom go, there's not much difference between the Mercedes-Benz C-Class and the Mercedes-Benz EQE 350 in the front seats.

Cost
There are a lot of factors to consider when calculating the overall cost of a vehicle. The main consideration is Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). Based on MSRP, the Mercedes-Benz C-Class is clearly a better financial choice over the Mercedes-Benz EQE 350.

Dimensions
Since the Mercedes-Benz C-Class is much slimmer than the Mercedes-Benz EQE 350, it'll be much easier to find a wide enough space in a crowded parking lot.
If you go with the Mercedes-Benz C-Class, you'll have a much easier time finding a large enough space to park than you will with the Mercedes-Benz EQE 350.

Handling
The Mercedes-Benz C-Class has a significantly smaller turning radius than the Mercedes-Benz EQE 350, allowing much better maneuverability in and out of tight spots.

Performance
The Mercedes-Benz C-Class has less horsepower than the Mercedes-Benz EQE 350, so it will probably be somewhat slower.

Powertrain
Due to its much higher torque, the engine of the Mercedes-Benz C-Class does a much better job of transmitting power to the wheels than the Mercedes-Benz EQE 350.

Utility
In terms of seating you'll be able to fit the same number of people in both the Mercedes-Benz C-Class and the Mercedes-Benz EQE 350.
