Comfort
Passengers in the back seat will be able to stretch out a lot more in the Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 than the Mercedes-Benz CLA 250, due to its greater head- and legroom.
As far as headroom and legroom go, there's not much difference between the Mercedes-Benz CLA 250 and the Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 in the front seats.

Convenience
You'll be making about the same number of stops at the gas station with the Mercedes-Benz CLA 250 as you will with the Mercedes-Benz GLC 300, as they get the same number of miles per tank of gas.

Cost
There are a lot of factors to consider when calculating the overall cost of a vehicle. The main consideration is Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). Based on MSRP, the Mercedes-Benz CLA 250 is clearly a better financial choice over the Mercedes-Benz GLC 300.

Dimensions
Since the Mercedes-Benz CLA 250 is much slimmer than the Mercedes-Benz GLC 300, it'll be much easier to find a wide enough space in a crowded parking lot.
When looking at overall length, the Mercedes-Benz CLA 250 takes up about the same amount of space in your garage as the Mercedes-Benz GLC 300.

Performance
The Mercedes-Benz CLA 250 has less horsepower than the Mercedes-Benz GLC 300, so it will probably be somewhat slower.

Powertrain
With its lower torque, the Mercedes-Benz CLA 250 doesn't do as good a job transmitting power to its wheels as the Mercedes-Benz GLC 300.

Utility
In terms of seating you'll be able to fit the same number of people in both the Mercedes-Benz CLA 250 and the Mercedes-Benz GLC 300.
